We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer who will help maintain, improve, and develop our infrastructure while ensuring the reliable operation of business-critical systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of complex infrastructure, solving problems independently, and working closely with development, architecture, security, and data teams.

Mission

Maintain, improve, and continuously develop DelfinGroup’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable operation of business-critical systems and strengthening the infrastructure team’s capacity and continuity.

Expected Outcomes

First 3 Months

• Develop a strong understanding of the existing infrastructure, architecture, systems, and operational processes

• Take ownership of assigned infrastructure tasks and contribute effectively to day-to-day operations

• Build a strong understanding of the company’s critical systems and infrastructure dependencies

Within 6 Months

• Independently handle most of assigned infrastructure tasks

• Identify and assess technical issues independently and propose practical solutions

• Contribute to infrastructure maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, and system reliability

• Work effectively with Development, Architecture, Security, Data, and other technical teams

Within 12 Months

• Independently manage assigned infrastructure responsibilities end-to-end

• Proactively identify infrastructure risks, problems, and improvement opportunities

• Initiate and implement improvements to infrastructure and systems

• Contribute to ensuring the continuous operation of business-critical systems and the infrastructure team’s ability to support growing business needs

Experience & Technical Skills

We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on infrastructure professional with:

• Solid experience in Linux administration

• Several years of experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD

• Experience with self-managed monitoring, alerting, and logging

• Experience maintaining and configuring Jenkins CI/CD pipelines

• Hands-on experience with GCP, Terraform, and Ansible

• Hands-on experience with self-managed PostgreSQL clusters

• Solid understanding of networking principles

• Proficiency in shell scripting, Python or Go

What You Will Work On

• Maintain and continuously improve infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code

• Install, upgrade, maintain, and test disaster recovery and backups for self-managed PostgreSQL clusters

• Oversee and optimize Kubernetes cluster operations and deployment pipelines

• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and build automation

• Work closely with development teams to support feature releases and ensure technology supports business goals

• Create clear technical documentation and keep system architecture documentation up to date

Offered salary for this position is starting from 4500 EUR gross
