Direct sales Team lead

Mission of the role: Drive sustainable sales growth in the Direct Sales channel by building a high-performing team, continuously improving sales processes, and ensuring the achievement of ambitious business targets.
Outcomes:
First 3 months
Successfully take over the leadership of the Direct Sales team and daily operations
Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, KPIs, and sales processes
Implement regular performance reviews and coaching for team members
Within 6 months
Improve team productivity and sales performance
Implement measurable improvements to sales processes
Use sales data and performance insights to drive continuous improvement

Build a consistently high-performing and motivated sales team
Improve conversion rates and operational efficiency
Ensure sustainable achievement of company sales targets

Evidence of capability:
Experience leading a sales, call center, or customer service team
Experience recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing employees
Track record of managing sales performance and KPI achievement
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn sales data into business decisions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with call center platforms (e.g. VCC) is considered an advantage
Offered salary for this position is starting from 2600 EUR gross.
