Mission of the role: Ensure full legal support for DelfinGroup’s business operations, products, and compliance activities — balancing regulatory precision with business practicality.
This role ensures that legal, licensing, regulatory, and contract processes are clear, secure, and aligned with the company’s growth ambitions.

Outcomes:

• 3 - 6 months

Deliver legal opinions based on regulatory reviews and internal requests

Review, draft, and approve contracts, especially data processing and confidentiality agreements

Maintain the insider list and respond to simple government institution queries

Support compliance with GDPR, AML, and Financial Instrument Market Law regulations

• 6 - 12 months

Prepare responses to complex inquiries from authorities like PTAC and consumer rights agencies

Collaborate with external legal partners and lawyers in Lithuania

Draft board meeting materials and manage decision protocols

Support data protection impact assessments with the DPO

Implement regulatory changes into internal documents and business processes

Lead internal training sessions on legal matters

Take full ownership of communication with regulators and authorities

What you bring:

• Degree in law from a recognized institution

• 3+ years of legal experience in the finance sector, corporate law, or regulatory affairs

• Strong understanding of Latvian financial market regulations (PTAC, FCMC, GDPR, etc.)

• Experience preparing and reviewing commercial agreements

• Comfortable working with regulators and public institutions

• Latvian and English fluency; Russian or Lithuanian is a plus

Offered salary for this position is from 2000 EUR gross to 3000 EUR gross.
