CRM marketing specialist

We are looking for a data-driven and hands-on CRM Marketing Specialist who will take full ownership of customer lifecycle communication and turn CRM into a consistent revenue-driving channel.
Mission of the role:
Drive customer activation, retention, and revenue growth by fully owning CRM channels and lifecycle communication through personalized content, segmentation, and automation
Outcomes:
3 - 6 months
Take full ownership of CRM channels (Email, SMS, Web Push, App Push)
Understand and document existing automation flows and segmentation logic
Ensure stable daily CRM operations
Prepare and execute independent communication plan
6 - 12 months
Improve CRM performance and customer engagement
Increase OR and CTR across key channels
Improve segmentation accuracy (active, dormant, high-value customers)
Run regular A/B tests (subject lines, CTA, timing, channel mix)
Deliver measurable improvements in activation and reactivation results
Onwards
Establish CRM as a stable revenue-driving channel
Deliver measurable impact on revenue and repeat customer activity
Build scalable lifecycle automation (welcome, churn, loyalty flows)
Ensure consistent, predictable CRM performance
Improve customer retention and lifetime value (LTV)

Evidence of capability:
Hands-on experience in CRM marketing and direct customer communication (email, SMS, push)
Experience with marketing automation tools (Salesmanago or similar)
Strong copywriting and micro-copywriting skills (subject lines, CTA, push messages)
Experience in data analysis (OR, CTR, conversions, segment performance)
Ability to independently plan, test, and optimize high-volume CRM communication

Offered salary for this position is starting from EUR 2500 gross/month, with KPI-based component.
