We are looking for a Debt Collection Lead who will take ownership of ensuring that our lending product and debt collection processes are fully compliant, well-structured, and scalable — combining legal expertise with practical business understanding.

Mission of the role:

Ensure that DelfinGroup’s Lithuania lending product and debt collection processes operate in full compliance with regulatory requirements, while supporting business growth through clear, efficient, and well-structured legal and compliance frameworks.

Outcomes:

3 - 6 months

• Take full ownership of compliance within debt collection and related lending processes

• Review and improve existing legal documentation (agreements, notices, communication templates)

• Ensure all customer-facing and internal processes align with regulatory requirements

• Build strong cooperation with Risk, Product, and Debt Collection teams

6 - 12 months

• Standardize and improve compliance processes across the lending product lifecycle

• Identify regulatory risks and implement preventive controls

• Support product and campaign launches with compliance input

• Improve clarity and usability of legal documentation for operational teams

Onwards

• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation into business processes

• Act as the key point of contact for compliance-related questions in debt collection and lending

• Support business teams with practical, solution-oriented legal guidance

• Ensure consistent, transparent, and compliant customer communication

Evidence of capability

Degree in Law
Experience in financial services, lending
Experience working with regulatory requirements related to consumer lending, debt collection
Ability to draft and improve legal and operational documentation
Understanding of how legal frameworks translate into real business processes

Offered salary for this position is starting from 3500 EUR gross.
