We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who will take ownership of PPC campaigns across key digital channels and help accelerate customer acquisition and growth through measurable marketing performance.

Mission of the role:

Drive company growth by acquiring new customers and increasing engagement of existing ones through data-driven performance marketing campaigns across major digital platforms.

Outcomes:

• First 3 Months

Take full ownership of campaign management previously handled by external agencies
Launch and manage active campaigns across main channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Bing)
Conduct a full campaign audit and prepare an optimization plan
Implement a unified reporting system for management visibility

• Within 6 months

Achieve stable growth in sales performance and improved budget efficiency
Increase campaign ROAS by 15–25%
Reduce CPA costs by 10–20%
Implement A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and where possible landing pages

• Onwards

Develop a long-term performance marketing strategy with consistently profitable campaigns
Achieve target ROAS/ROI aligned with the company’s annual plan
Introduce transparent budget planning and 12-month forecasting
Implement automated campaign optimization and regular data-driven planning

Evidence of capability

• Successful management of PPC campaigns in e-commerce or financial services, delivering growth and improved campaign profitability
  Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, including audience testing, conversion optimization, and campaign structure design
  Strong experience in data analysis using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms

Offered salary for this position is starting from 2,500.00 EUR gross and a performance KPI bonus.
