Mission of the role:
Act as the Lithuanian market intelligence and commercial strategy partner, translating competitor insights and market trends into actionable pricing, product, and credit recommendations that shape country-level decisions.
You will not just prepare reports — you will help shape decisions.
Outcomes:
First 3–6 Months
Develop a deep understanding of the Lithuanian lending market landscape and internal commercial model
Establish structured competitor monitoring across pricing, campaigns, and product positioning
Provide regular, actionable market insights to the Country Manager and HQ stakeholders
Contribute informed recommendations on pricing and product adjustments
6–12 Months
Influence pricing and campaign decisions based on competitor and trend analysis
Contribute structured suggestions for credit policy improvements
Support optimization of acquisition funnels and campaign mechanics
Act as a reliable commercial sparring partner to Country Manager, Risk, IT, and Marketing
Ongoing
Anticipate competitor moves and explain the “why” behind them
Translate market dynamics into practical tactical initiatives
Support local implementation of selected strategic initiatives
Strengthen the country’s commercial positioning through data-backed insight

Commercial Acumen – Strong understanding of pricing structures, acquisition mechanics, and commercial packaging
Market Intelligence – Ability to analyze competitor actions and extract actionable insight

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Works confidently with Sales, Marketing, Risk, and IT

Evidence of Capability
Experience within a Lithuanian payday lender, consumer installment lender, or BNPL company (required)
Strong understanding of pricing campaigns and acquisition funnels
Ability to interpret competitor moves beyond surface-level observation
Fluent Lithuanian and English
Experience in risk analytics or SQL is a plus

Offered salary for this position is starting from 3,500.00 EUR gross.
