Mission of the role:

Accelerate the growth and development of the HEL product by ensuring high-quality customer processing, accurate data handling, and effective communication throughout the full deal lifecycle

Outcomes:
First 3 Months

• Achieve full understanding of the HEL product and customer processing workflow

• Understand documentation requirements, credit flow, and internal procedures

• Demonstrate structured and precise client data handling

Within 6 Months

• Independently manage a full deal from start to finish without unnecessary managerial involvement

• Ensure accurate communication and smooth client experience

• Maintain quality and compliance in documentation and processing

Within 12 Months

• Contribute to HEL product development beyond daily execution

• Identify improvement opportunities in product structure or workflow

• Support increased loan issuance through quality processing and customer interaction

Offered salary for this position is starting from 1500 EUR gross.
