Mission of the role:

Facilitate data accessibility across the company by building scalable data infrastructure and ensuring smooth system integrations — so teams can work smarter, faster, and with better insights.

Outcomes:

Gain a strong understanding of DelfinGroup’s current data architecture

Support the team with data integration and cross-system data flows

Regularly execute tasks that improve existing processes and automate data handling

Complete multiple impactful data integration and automation projects

Execute on the mission of the role

What experience demonstrates capability:

• Proven track record of completed data integration projects

• Prior experience in data engineering, BI development, or database administration

• Expertise in SQL, Python, or other data manipulation languages

• Experience with data platform design and data warehousing principles

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Looker is a plus

• A pragmatic mindset toward solving business problems with clean data solutions

• Education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics

Offered salary for this position is starting from 2500 EUR gross.
