Mission of the role:
Ensure the proactive identification, analysis, and mitigation of IT security risks by monitoring and responding to system-level threats — helping DelfinGroup operate safely, securely, and in line with best practices.
Outcomes:
3 - 6 months:
- Gain full understanding of DelfinGroup’s IT environment and related security risks
- Master the functionality and control flows of the company’s security tools
- Independently analyze at least 80% of system-generated security event reports
- Identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation measures
6 - 12 months:
- Participate in incident analysis and reduce incident response time by 20%
- Test new IT security tools and evaluate their relevance based on company goals
- Initiate employee communication to support a security-first culture
Onwards:
- Take part in long-term security resilience planning
- Proactively propose new control mechanisms to reduce incident volumes
- Fully understand the environment and preemptively identify security gaps

What You Bring:
Experience with tools like Wazuh, Splunk, or Microsoft 365 Security
Understanding of network protocols, IS operations, and log file analysis
Ability to analyze root causes of security events and recommend solutions
Proficiency in technical English for reading documentation
Training or certification in IT security topics is a plus
Offered salary for this position is starting from 2300 EUR gross.
