We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented colleague to join our team as a Call Center Sales Specialist! This role will involve handling credit prolongation matters as part of daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales activities via phone with existing company clients.
• Perform actions that enhance the sales performance of the company’s products.
• Understand client needs and prepare tailored sales offers.
• Be knowledgeable about the offered products, provide consultations, and inform existing clients about them.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
• This role involves constant interaction with a diverse range of clients, including those from various language groups. Candidates who can adapt and ensure effective communication will be especially successful in this position.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in sales and/or customer service over the phone.
• Excellent knowledge of the Latvian language (spoken and written).
• A focus on professional customer service and a desire to achieve results.
• The ability to argue, persuade, and make independent decisions.
• A sense of responsibility and initiative in performing work tasks.

Offered salary for this position is starting from 1450 EUR gross fix and bonus part.
