We are looking for Portfolio Manager to join our Business & Data analytics team. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving portfolio performance, identifying risks, and supporting high-impact decisions through advanced analysis and collaboration across business functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor key portfolio KPIs such as delinquency, default, recovery, and prepayment rates.
• Analyze profitability, risk-adjusted returns, and customer behavior across segments and channels.
• Recommend and implement strategies to optimize portfolio mix and mitigate risk.
• Develop segmentation, early warning indicators, and actionable insights for portfolio management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Product, Finance, Collections) to align on pricing, underwriting, and recovery improvements.
• Build dashboards, automate reporting, and apply advanced analytics to guide decisions.
• Support loss forecasting, stress testing, and compliance reporting with accurate data.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in credit portfolio management is required (also relevant: Head of Risk, Risk Manager, Credit Risk Analyst).
• Academic background in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics or a related analytical field.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting, especially provisioning principles.
• In-depth knowledge of credit risk management and portfolio quality measurement.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to construct data-based arguments.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams and stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Technical skills in SQL, R, Python, or similar analytical tools.
• Basic understanding of IT systems relevant to loan management (e.g., Delfin platform).
• Prior experience in non-bank consumer lending or fintech.

Compensation:

Offered salary for this position is from 4500 - 6000 EUR gross.
