Mission for the Role:

Lead and scale multi-channel operations (pawn shop lending, pawn shop retail, general retail, and e-commerce) in one or more countries (currently Latvia and Lithuania), ensuring operational excellence, people performance, cost control, and profit growth — all while navigating resource constraints and identifying new business opportunities. The main aim for the role will be to improve profitability of the business.

Fit | Cultural & Experience Match:

• Experience in multi-country retail or e-commerce operations, preferably in a consumer-focused sector (pawn, FMCG, electronics, or similar).
• Experience in managing large teams (100–300+) and direct responsibility for mid-level managers.
• Proven success leading in budget-conscious environments.
• Strong people leader — high EQ, coach mentality, and not afraid to hold team accountable.
• Comfortable being hands-on when needed — not just a “PowerPoint” leader.
• Experience working in emerging or transitional markets is a plus.

Offered salary for this position is starting from 5000 EUR gross.
