We are looking for an IT Security Manager who can not only implement and manage IT security processes and technical solutions but also inspire a team and ensure the company's security strategy. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain IT security processes and procedures at the ISO27000 level.
• Introduce and maintain technical solutions for IT system protection, integrity, and availability.
• Manage the security of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) resources and perform risk analysis, testing, reviews, and audits.
• Participate in IT infrastructure and information system implementation projects.
• Develop and maintain IT security documentation.
• Train employees on IT security principles and provide consultations.
• Monitor trends in information system security technologies and develop proposals for security improvements.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the IT field.
• Previous experience in IT security.
• Knowledge of:
  • Firewalls and other security solution principles.
  • IT security and management processes (ISO 27002, COBIT, or ITIL guidelines).
  • TCP/IP protocols, Microsoft Active Directory, DBMS (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.), OS (Linux, Windows), VMware.
• Excellent Latvian and English language skills.
• Personal attributes: responsibility, precision, analytical thinking, quality-oriented mindset, ability to work in a team, and excellent communication skills.

Advantage will be:

• Experience with ISO27000 certification and IT security audits.

Offered salary for this position is 4500 EUR gross.
