We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented colleague to join our team as a Call Center Sales Specialist!

Responsibilities:

• Conducting sales activities over the phone with existing company clients.
• Carrying out activities that enhance the effectiveness of the company’s product sales.
• Understanding client needs and preparing tailored sales offers.
• Having thorough knowledge of the offered products, providing consultations, and informing clients about them.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
• This role involves constant interaction with a diverse client base, including clients from various language groups. Candidates who can adapt and ensure effective communication will be particularly successful in this position.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in sales and/or customer service over the phone.
• Excellent proficiency in Latvian language (spoken and written).
• A focus on professional customer service and a strong desire to achieve results.
• Skills in argumentation, persuasion, and independent decision-making.
• Responsibility and initiative in fulfilling work duties.

Compensation:

We assess each candidate individually to understand the professional skills and experience they can bring to our company, considering personal goals and growth ambitions.

Offered salary for this position is from 1450 - 2500 EUR gross.
